Klockr is provided free of charge, “as is”, for personal and professional use.
Acceptance
By using Klockr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
Klockr is a time-tracking and invoicing tool that runs in your browser. You are responsible for the data you enter, for the accuracy of generated invoices, and for meeting the tax and legal obligations that apply to your business.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Because data lives only in your browser, we are not liable for data loss resulting from clearing the browser, device failure or lack of backups.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brains Up Analytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of Klockr.
Changes
We may update these terms and the application at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
